Mini Mediterranean burgers with ground lamb

Cooking time: 15 minutes
Servings: 4 mini burgers



  • 8 mini burger buns
  • 80 g. sliced olives
  • 120 g. crumbled feta
  • A few fresh spinach leaves

For the burgers

  • 500 g. of ground lamb
  • 1 grated tomato
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint


Place the ground lamb in a large bowl, add the tomato, salt, pepper, oregano and fresh mint.

Knead and shape 4 burgers of 125 g. each

Place them on a grill, preferably, or on mid-level in the oven, for 10 to 15 minutes on each side.

Serve the burgers with a bun at the base, topped with a burger, crumbled feta, the olives and fresh spinach leaves.
