Lamb chops with herbs and feta

  • 1 kilo lamb chops
  • 200 g. crumbled feta

For the marinade

  • 2 tablespoons hot mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt


Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

Put the marinade ingredients into a bowl and mix thoroughly.

Place the meat in a food bag, add the marinade, mix well until the marinade has covered the meat, and close the bag, removing the air. Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours.

Place the lamb chops in a pan, pour the marinade over them, and bake for 30 minutes.

Serve sprinkled with crumbled feta.
